What is Mountain Velo's Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy?
Mountain Velo LLC guarantees total satisfaction and offers a world-class return policy.
New, unused merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Used, undamaged merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a store credit. Special order items are not returnable.
New, unused merchandise must be returned in the condition you received it and with the origional box and/or packaging, including any manufacturer tags, directions and components.
Used, undamaged merchandise will be issued a 15% re-stocking fee and a store credit will be applied to your Mountain Velo LLC account. We will not accept the return of products that are damaged, worn, dirty, abused, neglected or showing daily wear.
Please take the time to carefully re-package your returned merchandise. It is the responsibility of the consumer to not damage packaging and wrapping while opening, using or shipping.
Returns and exchanges require a Mountain Velo Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Speak with a MTNVELO associate to arrange. You'll receive a full refund for merchandise returned in new, unused condition and a store credit for the return of used, undamaged merchandise.
Please contact the manufacturer if you feel that your merchandise is eligible for a warranty evaluation due to a defect in its materials or workmanship. MTNVELO will charge a $50 handling fee for all in-house warranty processing. Any extra processing, shipping, consulting, service/labor, legal, repair or other undertakings by MTNVELO may incur additional fees.
All insurance estimates, crash replacements assessments and/or similar requests will incur a $50 processing fee.

What should I bring to a bike fitting?
Things you should bring to your bike fitting:
bicycle; cycling shoes, shorts, socks, shirt; water bottle or drink; helmet & glasses (for tri-bike fitting); prior fit measurements; self-possessed parts to be switched out; any other item you feel necessary. Thank you!
